Cap size

How do I measure my head?
We offer a range of cap sizes, which typically fits 95% of women with a head circumference between 21-23”.

However, we understand that everyone's needs are unique, so if you require a small cap with a 20” circumference or extra large cap with a 24” circumference , simply let us know in the notes at the checkout.

Understanding Wig Cap Sizing

Don't worry too much about getting an exact cap size match. While I typically wear a 21-inch circumference, I've successfully worn 24-inch wigs using a glueless application. Here's why this works:

The Band is Key: The elastic band is the most crucial element for a secure, glueless fit. The cap size mainly affects comfort rather than security.

Size Differences Are Minimal
To put size differences in perspective:
- One inch is roughly the size of your fingernail
- Half an inch is even smaller
- A slight measurement difference won't drastically impact your overall fit

Colour disclaimer

Please note that the colour of your unit may vary, despite every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones and computer screens cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colors.

Texture disclaimer

Any unit with a “bodywave” like appearance is only a temporary style. It is straight hair that is barrel curled and will not last long.Watch your GG classes when you’re ready to reveal your hair.

Length disclaimer
When selecting your desired hair length, keep in mind that styling will affect the final appearance. Curling hair significantly impacts its length:

- Curls can reduce hair length by up to 4 inches
- For example: To achieve 26-inch curled hair, opt for straight hair that's 28-30 inches long

How do I look after my wig?

To maintain the condition of your wig, we recommend you to:

  • Prior to washing, ensure the hair has been combed through thoroughly and is smooth to minimise tangling. It is important not to comb the unit when it is wet to avoid tangling.
  • Wash the unit 1/2 a month using shampoo and conditioner. This monthly cleaning isn't about any special product benefits - it's simply to remove all the accumulated styling products, gels, and buildup. Once cleaned, your wig will return to its original lightweight, fresh condition.
  • Use a generous amount of sulfate-free conditioner or AUSSIE on the unit (conditioner 15 minutes), ensuring thorough coverage. No need for long conditioning,or to seal in a bag for up to 24 hours .This is a practice we’ve become accustomed to however it’s ineffective when the hair is “dead” (not connected to a scalp).
  • Rinse the unit thoroughly, ensuring all the conditioner is removed, and air dry. Avoid rubbing or blow drying the hair.
  • To lock in moisture and maintain a healthy appearance, apply a suitable serum to the hair after washing.

How is it glueless?

An adjustable band is strategically placed in the lace and on the cap.The tension created once the band is pulled back and adjusted because your neck ,pulls the lace closure to your skin.

Can I still glue it down if I want to?

The glueless fixture is there for security ,if you wish to use adhesive you may.

Does it hold a curl ?

If synthetic/mixed hair can hold a curl ,any hair can.Its about your technique and the product.Along with your purchase you, will receive a curling class to help you perfect your technique and maintain the style.

Can I wear it straight even if it’s curled and layered?

Yes.

There is only a face frame,no layers in the back so the hair looks uniform when you straighten it.

How do I cut the lace on my wig?
To achieve a natural look, we recommend cutting the excess lace in a zigzag shape as close to the hairline as possible, leaving little to no lace visible.
